How we use information
We use personal information to answer enquiries, generate requested preliminary Signal Scan results, evaluate strategic-review requests, prepare proposals, communicate about projects, assess job applications, operate and secure the website, prevent spam or misuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law.
Signal Scan reads only the public homepage submitted by the visitor. Its automated findings are directional and are not used to make decisions about individuals. Retention and security
We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Unsuccessful career applications and attached CVs are normally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to keep your application for future roles.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online transmission or storage system can, however, be guaranteed completely secure.
